Thank you very much everyone for joining us today. I am Cate Kozikowski the CEO of Unicorn Network, and we’ll be joined later on in the webinar today by Matt Burrow and Dan Settgast who will share some details about TwnklEstate.
But first, I have some things to share with you, so welcome and let’s talk about them.
This is our first topic for today. Now the site is open now, and when you go there, it’s important to understand the prizes and how you can win. We’ve done some updates on things so that is really awesome, and so now, just like we had on the last TwnklSoccer game, every player is going to start out at Level 1. That means that you have 1,000 Twnkls (YEM is the trading symbol) minimum prize. Do understand, when you see “Twnkl (YEM)”, like that, we’re talking about the Rainbow Currency on the TwnklChain, the private blockchain.
YEM is the new trading symbol for Rainbow Currency; the small coin Twnkl is still a Twnkl, and of course we have several other denominations such as, “Rainbow” which is 1,000,000 Twnkls, and “Glitter”, which is 1,000 Twnkls, and so this 1,000 Twnkls minimum prize could be called 1 Glitter. But step by step; first we want you to get used to the new trading symbol and understand that when we talk about YEM, which is Your Everyday Money, Y. E. M., Your Everyday Money, we’re talking about Rainbow Currency and 1 YEM = 1 Twnkl, it’s the same thing, so do understand that. So that’s the minimum prize that you can win for TwnklSoccer, is 1,000 Twnkls (YEM).
Now, for the soccer games; there are 160 soccer matches in the Nations League, which is held by the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA); lots of chances for you to guess correct and win lots of Twnkls so that is awesome. And so, for each RIGHT prediction, every time you guess correctly, you will go up 1 level in the minimum prizes that you could win.
So now, for each WRONG prediction, you keep your current level, so you don’t LOSE anything even if you’re wrong, so that’s awesome and makes it a lot more fun. Think about it; you can pick your favorite teams, see who you think might win and, if you’re right, hey hooray, you win more Twnkls; if you’re wrong, we’ll hey, you didn’t lose anything, so that’s great!
As well, when we talk about the minimum prize, do understand, you need to place at least 80 bets to qualify for any prize. Do understand by “BET” we’re talking about a “GUESS”, a prediction, there’s multiple definitions of the word, so do understand.
So out of those 160 games, you need to play at least 80 games, but you don’t have to get them correct, no problem; of course, the more that you do get correct, the bigger your prize will be, but even if you were to get all 80 games wrong, you could still win 1,000 Twnkls, which is really fantastic. And of course, the more times that you play, the more chances that you have to be correct. The first round of games, you have 3 options: it’s either a win on either side or a tie. So basically, you have a 30% chance, no matter what, of being correct in these first games where you have a win/win on each side and a tie.
And of course, the MAXIMUM prize level which would be at Level 161 is 500,000 Twnkls, or if we’re talking about Glitter, it would be just 500 Glitters. So, if there are 160 games and you start at Level 1, your last game would be on Level 161. So if you guess all 160 games correct, then you win 500,000 Twnkls (YEM), that’s great!
But now, some of you might be wondering, “but hey, you said, you could win up to 10,000,000 (10 million) Twnkls, and 500,000 Twnkls is definitely not 10,000,000, so what’s the deal with that?” Well hey, it gets even better! This is just the prizes that you could win for playing, ok? So this is just simply the prizes you could win for playing the game, depending on how well you do of course; like I said, you start at Level 1, the more you guess correct you go up levels, if you guess all 161 games correct, you would be at the 500,000 Twnkls (YEM) Level; so what else happens?
Well the top 100 players, are going to receive BONUS prizes. And this is super cool, this is just like the prizes that we gave away at the end of the first TwnklSoccer game, only, we’ve made it even better! Remember last time, it was just the top 10, or the top 5 people, and it was able to be split if more people were in the same bracket; well guess what? Very similarly, we have done it again.
Out of the top 100 players, from position 51 to 100, you would receive on top of whatever you guessed correctly, whatever you played, you would win on top 100,000 Twnkls (YEM), so that is super cool.
And again, you know like we did last time (for example, say the 100 Position, if there were lots of people in that group that guessed the same games correctly), well if there are more than 1 person in this bracket with the same amount, the prizes are combined and split between the number of people in that group, so everybody (in that bracket) wins some extra bonus Twnkls, so that’s really cool.
But what about the people who did even better? What do you get? Well, from Position 50 to 26, going up of course, you would win a bonus 250,000 Twnkls, which is really awesome, and then, if you are in the bracket from Position 25 to 11, in the top 100, you would win 500,000 Twnkls so that is very cool too. And again, this is on top of what you win for playing the game.
But, what else though? Does it get any better? Let’s find out.
Well, for the top 10, now if you are in the position #10, you win 1,000,000 bonus Twnkls – it’s getting really exciting now.
If you are in Position 9 out of the top 100, then you would win 2,000,000 bonus Twnkls,
Position 8, you’ll win 3,000,000 bonus Twnkls;
Position 7, you’d win 4,000,000 bonus Twnkls, see where I’m going here? Haha!
Position 6 is 5,000,000 bonus Twnkls.
Position 5 is 6,000,000 bonus Twnkls.
Position 4 is 7,000,000 bonus Twnkls.
Position 3 is 8,000,000 bonus Twnkls.
Position 2 is 9,000,000 bonus Twnkls.
And, Position 1, the top person out of the top 100, receives 10,000,000 bonus Twnkls.
Or, if it’s a group of multiple people with the same game scores, then again, like we did last time, the bonus prize for each level where there’s multiple people, would get split between the people who are in that bracket for the top bonus prizes. So maybe we’ll have a lot of people in that Position 1 – we’ll have to see how it goes. How good you guys are.
It’s super exciting, and definitely GOOD LUCK to everyone – I know I love when we have these free games and stuff to play in the community; lots of fun times for sure for everyone!

Cate: Matt, welcome!
Matt: Hello again everyone, thank you Cate, thank you Dan.
As Dan mentioned, thank you for sliding me in here, as I do have some conference calls to attend, but as everyone will be excited to hear, we have 12 properties coming up that will be available to our TEC holders on Monday.
And so, what I’ve got here, what I’ve been doing for the last week or so since our last webinar, is that, I’ve been explaining to brokers, to investors, to folks that are just looking to buy their own home that I know (because my network is pretty big - I’ve got about 2,000 folks in my Linkedin to give you an idea, and a large chunk of those are real-estate related), I’ve started having some smaller conference calls with folks that I know, and quite a few one-on-one calls; the concept of being able to go ahead and work with someone that has that time available and of us getting a property under an option contract of 6-months-ish up to 2 years and letting the actual value of the TEC rise in price and then the corresponding leverage or power that gives us as buyers, and hence, us being solid buyers that perform on the back end, is very exciting. Well, I’ve been talking to folks that want to put their properties up, you know, they had a thought of putting their property up for sale, just homeowners, and they want to go ahead and put their property up on our blockchain (TwnklChain) for our TEC holders to go ahead and get digital ownership rights into.
We’ve already got 12 properties here and those are going to be coming up; good returns on those, these are cash flowing properties that definitely outperform a standard amount, even 10% would be above standard on real estate and that’s NET cash flow annualized! So, we’ve got several of those up, and as a matter of a fact, Dan and I started talking over the last several days, and just because of very strong interest, and private messages that I’m coming across, we’re finding that (just so everyone knows), that we’re going to have to limit the amount of someone’s investment in a particular property simply because we’ve got folks, like 2, 3 or 4 folks that might want to come in and buy all 12 properties, those kind of things. We want to give everybody a shot at owning cash-flowing real estate with their TEC that they bought right; and the investment, the returns are going to be very solid and now, all of a sudden, we’ve got a whole group of TEC holders that are going to realize the value of a currency that is backed by solid assets – real estate.
So here we are, just starting, some are even trading for about a week now on www.cryptocoinstreet.com (CCS), and in just a little over a week, we’ve already got 12 properties lined up. Dan and I had a 3-way call this morning, someone wanted to go ahead and get a US$2,000,000 (2 million) property for themselves, so we’re going to be working with them on buying that with TEC. And so, a strong response right out of the gate; so very glad that folks did have a chance to go ahead and get in on the TEC and become TEC owners. I’m already looking at additional properties here coming up; they’re going to be pretty large multi-unit apartment complexes, you know 10 units, 50 units, 100 units here in the USA with solid cash flow; very solid returns. This is just the beginning, I am very excited!

Now moving on to TwnklChain:
I know that we all want everything done immediately. The guys in the team are doing a fantastic job, and we very much appreciate all of their hard work doing all of these updates for all of us. So thank you to our programmers for that! And of course, thank you to the whole TEAM who is working on many projects behind the scenes.
Now we need to address some things so everybody understands what has been going on.
You can see on the image the 24-hour Volume, then the Total Volume, Total Transactions and Total Holders. So what does all of that mean? How do we get these numbers?
Well, do understand, #1, as we have set up the TwnklChain, what you’re seeing here is a combination of a) transactions, transfers and things that are happening in that setup process (and b) the current transactions processing).
We all know that there are 100 billion Twnkls (YEM), and those Twnkls have to be distributed to where they need to go; whether it is the wallet that is giving out the Airdrop prizes or to the members’ (to receive the) Airdrop or the Rainbow Currency holders and their Rainbow Currency; all of these things combined adds up to what you see here for the numbers.
Let’s go through them a bit.
Regarding the Transaction Volume; understand that the 24-hour Volume includes all transactions on the TwnklChain. It is not strictly just the trades on CCS; this is counting every single transaction that happens on the TwnklChain, because they all count. It is going to fluctuate over time, but it is not a problem (it’s normal).
The Total Volume that you see there, as I’ve mentioned, we’ve had to create the different currencies and tokens on the TwnklChain, and distribute them to the relevant currency or token holders. So this Total Volume includes the 100 billion coins of Rainbow Currency, and when distributed that adds up to about 1 billion USD in transactions. The same is for the delivery of the TEC. All TEC holders have their TEC now. We had 166 million TEC, and that equals about 166 million USD (US$166,000,000) in transactions distributing all of that. Of course, we also have Solario, the SOLR Token, on the TwnklChain; so you have that volume distributing that to all the coin and token holders. As well as, we have the Cashback Marketing Units (CBMT/CBMD-both types will be on the TwnklChain), and we’ve mentioned the Airdrop.
As it has been talked about in the community over the last few days, people have noticed in their PerNum Wallet, that they have 100 free Twnkls (YEM). And this is the legendary Airdrop campaign we’ve been talking about all this time. The team has finished all the updates, so the Airdrop free Twnkls should be viewable for all members in their PerNum Wallets.
The Total Currency Holders number is just below 1 million (866,612). So all those currency holders have their free Twnkl from the Airdrop, and of course, as new members join (or inactive members log in), that (airdrop) will be distributed to them as well.
And we’re going to talk about those free Twnkls a bit more in just a little while.
Do understand, we have talked about at least more than a billion dollars in transactions, just in distribution and setting up of the TwnklChain. The rest of the volume, which is about a hundred million USD in transactions, most of that is due to trading on CCS. Of course, as far as transactions go, it’s counting when people are purchasing SOLR Tokens on Solario, it’s counting when people are making purchases on TwnklBds, as well as the trading on CCS as I’ve mentioned, so all of these different transactions are counted, they matter, and those are the real numbers that you see. They are completely accurate and everything is going great.
The Total Transactions is talking about all of the different transactions: getting everyone’s wallets set up, you know like we talked about, we have the Airdrop Twnkls, and everything going on there. So, that’s what you see with the Total Transactions, and it includes everything (that’s why it’s called Total Transactions).
So this is a snapshot of the current situation where we are at with the TwnklChain. There are still a few things that are getting finished up on that, but the team is making progress, so if you do not hear updates on things just know that the team is working on it. Of course, as soon as we have updates, we will share them with everyone. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
Now, for some more exciting things - let’s talk about, the Biggest Talent.
As we have talked about in the August 24 webinar, The National voting is going to start on September 1. We have some updates on what will be happening, so let’s go through them step by step.
We are going to open 4 countries per day, starting September 1, and over the next few weeks you are going to see a number of things happening.
Please understand, that everybody deserves a day off and time to rest, and our team is no different. So there will be no new contestants opening for the National Voting on Sundays, (most of) the Team takes Sundays off. So you will see things happening from Monday through Saturday.
Each group of countries will have 10 days for the National Voting. So, very importantly, do participate and place your votes for your favorite artists and you can WIN a free trip to Las Vegas as a judge. (Refer to the August 24 webinar recap, or today’s Radio Show podcast.) So definitely, do vote!
The first 4 countries that will be opening on September 1 are: Romania, Brazil, Australia and Nigeria. And boy, let me tell you guys, we have some amazing talent! It is going to be tough to pick the winners! The cool thing is though, with the National Voting, all you have to do is vote for your favorites. So the contestants with the highest votes (YES votes) in each country will move forward and be named the Biggest Talent of each country.
And, as mentioned, the first round of voting for these 4 countries opens on September 1, and, because it’s only 10 days, that means it will close on September 11 for this first group of 4 countries. So if you want to vote, it is very important that you pay attention and check in often to complete your voting if you want to participate as a judge for the Biggest Talent contest.
The next 4 countries, their round will open on September 3 (because September 2 is a Sunday), and will close on September 13. And the last round of 4 countries will open on September 10, and close on September 20.
This means that everybody will be voting in the month of September to see who will be the Biggest Talent of each country.
Only the winners, the ones that were chosen as the Biggest Talents of their country, will qualify for phase 3, which is the Battle of the Countries. The first round of battles will be starting approximately September 24, the second round of battles starts around October 4, and the third round of battles starts on October 15. So basically, for the next 2 months we will be playing TwnklSoccer and voting in the Biggest Talent contest (haha). And of course our Big Final Show is in Las Vegas at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, on December 1.
So again, for those of you who are participating as judges, you have a chance to win a free trip to Las Vegas. Of course the top 4 Finalists from the contestants, will also receive a free trip to Las Vegas (airfare, lodging, and transportation to and from the show provided). And during the Big Final Show, the same as we did last year, there will be a free live stream. So all around the world you will be able to vote for your favorites and pick the Biggest Talent 2018!

Now the time you all have been waiting for. What is going on with TwnklEstate?
We had some great brief updates from Matt, and now we will have some additional updates here, it’s amazing what is going on with TwnklEstate.
Matt was talking about how much interest he is seeing, and the same thing is happening all over the place. It’s really amazing and so, so exciting!
When we created Rainbow Currency (with more than 3,000 co-founders) we wanted it to be our Everyday Money, so this is one great opportunity for that. Now Dan is going to share lots more information on what has been going on.
Dan: So let’s talk about TwnklEstate. I know it feels for some of you as if we would be the record-holders in delays and being slow and not delivering on time.
We really need to talk about numbers here and dates now for TwnklEstate.
We started the TEC pre-order on August 2, and it ended on August 13 (we added one more day, so it officially ended August 14). So August 14 was the day when we really knew how much budget would be available for this project. It was a total shot in the dark, doing this pre-order offer with only sharing a little bit of info, and of course we did not know what would happen. Would we collect 50,000, or 500,000, or maybe a million or 2 or 3, but WOW 166 million USD value as a starting budget for TwnklEstate. And we learned that August 14.
So then we needed like 7 days from August 14 to get TEC ready to open for trading on CCS, so that happened on August 21. So that is just one week! Think about it!
Today is August 30, another 9 days since trading started, so 16 days from when we found out what budget we had.
We talked with Matt before we started the pre-order of TEC and he asked us how much budget we would have. And then we said that we didn’t know, to which he replied, then if that was the case, he was not sure whether or not he was interested. Guess what his reaction was when we told him that our budget was 166 million? He was very excited, and so were we! And this happened just 2 weeks ago!
Our first trade was 15 TEC at 111 YEM. You know that we sold TEC at 100 YEM during our pre-sale. So this was a nice 11% up.
The current trade right before the webinar was 483 TEC at 309 YEM, and there have been a lot of trades in between. And the price for TEC is totally free; there is no minimum or maximum for Sell or Buy orders. I know that some members are already trading, that means that they try to buy low and sell high, going with the flow. Of course, even for TEC, it is not a one-way street, going only UP and UP; it is in some kind of waves. So, this is a legit way to get more YEM, or to get more TEC, whatever your goal is.
You need to be SMART!
Now this is a screenshot I made before the webinar. You can see here that one guy is offering (a sell offer) 29,800 TEC at 310 YEM per TEC. These last days we have seen prices in the last days in the highs, always around 320, 330, 340 YEM per TEC. And you can see that the next price here is like 325 YEM (324.999). So I don’t know who the guy is offering at 310, and of course you can do whatever you want; this is not telling you to remove that offer or whatever. It is just not perfect.
If you see the tradings from the last days, going from somewhere between 280 and 350, so if the lowest price is 324.999, what you would do is put this quantity at 324.998 if you want to have the lowest price. So that would be a Dan, right (0.001 YEM)? (Once again, I just want to tell you how honored I am for naming the smallest (RC) unit by my name.)
So, if I would want to sell 29,800 TEC, I would put then in the system for 324 Twnkls and 998 Dans (324.998 YEM). Because, if you go like here, 14.5 YEM below the lowest offer, for nearly 30,000 TEC, you lose 30,000 times 14.5 YEM and that’s 440,000 YEM.
So, please!—and I’m not just talking with this one person here. You can do whatever you want. You can give them away for free! It’s yours!
To maximize their success, please—be smart and trade smart.
It is a little bit like poker. I don’t know if you’ve ever played poker from time to time—and it’s not about the gambling thing, where you play poker for money. I’m just talking about the card game Poker. If you’re a little bit smart at Poker, you will win more than others do; and it’s the same here with trading. If you’re smart, you can make more money. It can be Your Everyday Money (YEM), or it could be TwnklEstate Coin (TEC), or it could be any other currency; so that is not specific for our currencies—be smart, trade smart. Don’t do stuff like that!
If you see, hey, that the last trade was at 320 (YEM per TEC), don’t put yours for sale at 300, or 310. No. Make it 319.999 (slightly below the last trade), something like that. OK. And, by the way, it’s the same if you want to make an offer: “I want to buy TEC, and I offer 280 (YEM).” So, if the highest offer is 280, you don’t have to put in 300—even if you are willing to pay 300, why wouldn’t you first try with 281, or 280.001? So, that’s where you make some money, if you’re smart. But for a buying offer, you need to have an eye on the current lowest sell offer. If you are too far below it, nobody might accept your offer, because it is too low. You might need to adjust it from time to time, especially when the trading price goes up.
So, that’s just because I saw that just before the webinar—now back to our dates.
Aug. 14th, we closed the pre-orders. Aug. 21st is when we opened for trading. And today is Aug. 30th, and everybody’s asking…
“Where’s the real estate?” Guys, next time Matt is on the webinar, and he has a little bit more time, then ask him: “What is the average time for closing a real-estate deal; for getting a real-estate property under contract?” What do you think he’ll tell you? He won’t tell you 3 days, or 5 days, or 7 days, or 9 days, or 2 weeks. It’s months, and in some cases it’s even years!
So! Remember the dates? We’ve been on the market like 9 days, from Aug. 21st—and “Where’s the real estate?” Guys, here is the real estate!
Here we go! And what I share with you right now is just one out of 12 that we already have—one out of 12! And they will be listed on the website; so there will be a Member’s area, so you can log in; where you can see the real estate available—all the data, the conditions, whatever it is.
And, yes, you will be able to put your first TEC in escrow for your first Fractional Ownership Rights (FOR) on Monday, at noon. More precisely, we will have a webinar on Monday starting at 11:00 a.m. (Company ; see Additional Info from Support for details); and this will be to explain how exactly it will work. It is self-explanatory on the website; but those of you who really want to be one of the first, from the beginning, and put some TEC into escrow, we’re opening at 12:00 noon. I’m pretty sure it makes a lot of sense to be at the webinar at 11:00 a.m. so you know which buttons to push. And, then, I’m very, very sure that all 12 properties that we have available will be sold out in no time.
But that’s not a problem because there will be more. There is so much in the pipeline (coming up)! These 12 properties are all small units—so it’s houses, or one-family houses, or they are apartments. More precisely, they’re in the U.S.A. and Germany. We already have 5 in the U.S.A., and 7 in Germany.
But there’s so much more coming up. Don’t be nervous or angry if you try to push the button on Monday, and it says “Sorry, already gone,” for whatever reason, because other members have been faster. Of course, we let nobody in up front. It will open at the same time for everyone. That part is totally fair and honest. If some of you are a little bit more lucky pushing buttons—we will see what happens on Monday. I expect that they will be sold out in no time, but there will be more—very, very fast.
I know that Matt is already in negotiations for some with the object of spending several million dollars, so there’s a lot to come.
Now, let me give you just one example so that you understand how powerful the TwnklEstate model really is.
Look (see slide), this is one out of the 12. This is in Kingman, Arizona, in the United States. It is one house. It is on 0.26 acres, which is about 1,050 sq. meters. The living space is 1,428 sq. ft., which is about 133 sq. meters; and it has 4 bedrooms, which is (in European language) 5 rooms, because there’s always a living room, besides the bedrooms. That’s what you have here.
Now let’s check the value. The value is US$80,000, and that might surprise you a little bit. “Wait a second! A whole house—more than 1,000 sq. meters (the lot), 133 sq. meters living space, US$80,000?” In Germany, for US$80,000, (you could get) a small apartment, yes; but definitely not a house on a lot like this! But, hey, here we go; and of course, we could maybe easily say here, “Well, the value is a little bit higher,” or whatever; but, the real/the fair value here is US$80,000.
Cate: Can I interrupt here for a moment?
Dan: Oh, yes!
Cate: Just for those here, listening from around the world, of course, as Dan talked about, real estate values change; and this is an average price in the USA for a mid-western property—in Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico; these kinds of States in the United States, absolutely have inexpensive houses and lands—absolutely; even in many other places across the States. So, this is pretty normal in the United States, depending on where you are.
Dan: Of course. In Las Vegas (Nevada), you won’t find it.
Cate: Correct. And in Reno (Nevada), you won’t find it either.
Dan: But in Kingman, Arizona, which is a about half way between Las Vegas and Phoenix, Arizona (from Las Vegas to Kingman is about 2 hours, and from Kingman to Phoenix another 2 hours). It’s a nice town. I’ve been there once, years ago, on my way to the Grand Canyon.
So, this is the house. I can tell you, it’s in good condition. It’s fully renovated. It has a new roof. Everything inside looks fine.
And, by the way, it is rented out, and the return from the monthly rent that is paid, minus the costs of the property—the yearly net that you receive in this special case, in this particular case with this house, is US$9,000 per year (in total).
It’s residential—not a vacation home. It’s rented out with a renter who wants to stay there long-term, and so on, and so on. And that was when Matt said, “Wow! It’s up to, and even more than 10% per year, just the yearly net on the investment.” You can see here we’re talking about 11.2 or 11.3% per year—just from the rent paid.
Now, of course, normally the value (of property) goes up year by year, so that’s an additional profit you can make. And of course, the profit from the value going up, you will see that when you sell a house like that—maybe in 10 years for US$120,000, something like that, whatever—just generally speaking.
So, what are we doing with it?
We have this already under contract, and we will put this house on the blockchain. And this house will get its own Smart Contract on our TwnklChain; and this house will be represented on the blockchain by 1 Token. And this 1 Token has 5 decimals; so this house will be 1.00000 Token. That’s why we’re talking about Fractional Ownership, (FOR) the R is for “Rights,” so Fractional Ownership Rights.
And the smallest Fractional Ownership Right that you can order here is 0.00001 of this Token. This means we have 100,000 smallest Fractional Ownership Rights available; 100,000 FOR will be available for this house.
And now, of course, you need to know, “Ok, how much would I have to pay for it?” Therefore, we need to know: what exactly is the Smart Contract for this house?
This house will be tied to a Smart Contract for 12 months, and the price that you will see is with the condition of these 12 months, that the value of 1 YEM reaches 10 cents (US$0.10).
And based on these conditions, the price where you can log in your Fractional Ownership Rights is 0.12 TEC per FOR. So, that means 1.2 TEC gets you 10 FOR, or 12 TEC gets you 100 FOR, or 120 TEC gets you 1,000 FOR. And guys, 1,000 FOR is (for all the first 12 properties) is the maximum you can get. Why?
Because if you calculate, it is a total here of 12,000 TEC; and you have paid for your TEC 100 YEM (100 Twnkl). And most of you, (we know that and you know that), you bought your Twnkls during ICO or even pre-ICO. Some of you even bought them at very, very low prices on SouthXchange. So, now, based on the current rate of Twnkls (1 US cent), we’re talking about 12,000 TEC have cost you a value of US$12,000. But we know that some of you just paid US$1,200; or maybe even less.
So, that would mean if we opened here the properties with no limit, we’re very, very sure there would be a lot of members that would be, “Well, just 12,000 TEC for this whole house in Arizona, and that’s giving me a net return of US$9,000 per year? I will take it ALL!” And that would be totally fine, if there would not be thousands of other TEC holders who would like to have a chunk for themselves.
That is why we clearly say, “Ok”, for the first 12 properties. And we will see for the next properties what the volume is like. If we do something similar or do something different, but for the first 12 we made the (aforementioned) decision. It was Matt’s idea and I’m thinking he’s absolutely right. We want as many of you as possible to be able to get your first Fractional Ownership Rights, and make a reservation for it, put TEC in escrow for it; because now, here’s the thing, and it’s important to understand about our business model at TwnklEstate.
On Monday, when we open, and you push the button, and you put TEC in escrow for this property or any of the other properties—that means you will receive these Fractional Ownership Rights exactly in that second, automatically, when the Smart Contract is “on”—exactly when the rules that are described in the Smart Contract are fulfilled. And in this particular case, within the next 12 months, is the time for the Smart Contract; and that second when the YEM hits the value of 10 cents (US$0.10), the Smart Contract is active, and your TEC are paid to the TwnklEstate company.
Until then, they are in escrow. Nobody can touch them. Because in the rare case that the Smart Contract does not come into effect, of course, you would receive your full TEC refunded. But if it happens (if the contract is executed), nobody can take your FOR. It’s YOURS. It’s guaranteed from the beginning. It becomes a fixed part of the Smart Contract.
So, no matter if it would be just one of you; and I’m pretty sure 100 members doing 1,000 FOR each, which would be 120 TEC—which literally means you receive for 120 US dollar value, (or maybe even just US$12 in-between), you receive Fractional Ownership Rights (FOR) for US$800, because you know, 1,000 FOR is 1% of this house; 80,000 divided by 100 is 800. So, you receive the value of US$800 for a fraction, or even a tiny fraction of it.
So, we need to talk about one thing. “Wait a second. If I can buy the value of US$800 for 12, or 20, or 30 or 40, or US$120, of course, that’s a great deal. But why would anybody do that? That is for sure not typical in the business world. So, what the heck is in it for the company? For TwnklEstate? Why do they do that?”
Well, the first reason we do that is that we share success, and that won’t change—even with the big business models, and this is a big business model. This is a huge opportunity for all of us. We share!
But, of course, as a business we want to make some profit, as well. So, now it’s your turn; you, as the group of Fractional Ownership Right holders, will receive US$80,000 value for somewhere between US$1,200 and US$12,000. That’s a great deal! Yes, it is. So, we, the company, TwnklEstate (now, let’s go back a little bit), the value is US$80,000, but we, the company, TwnklEstate, bought it for US$64,000—20% below value, because we don’t buy for retail prices…
…and, don’t ask me how Matt is doing it. That is his part. I’m not involved with these real-estate deals, but believe me, we found the best guy for this job. So, in this particular example, we, the company pay only US$64,000, but the value is US$80,000, and, of course, that is the basis for calculations.
Now, I told you, 100,000 FOR, and we receive 0.12 (TEC) per FOR, which turns into 12,000 TEC. So, 12,000 TEC, you know we sold for 100 YEM per TEC, that is 1.2 million YEM. And at 10 cents (US$0.10), (that is the condition of the Smart Contract), that is US$120,000. So, you make a deal from US$12,000 to US$80,000; and the company makes a deal—US$64,000 to US$120,000.
So, it’s easy to see, that this is win-win-win and that is what we always strive for. So, once more, regarding TwnklEstate, and the TwnklEstate website (www.twnklestate.com): we will start adding the 12 properties tomorrow and Saturday, and maybe the last ones on Monday (on the back end). We will have a webinar Monday, 11:00 a.m., only for those who are interested to put some TEC in escrow for some or 1 of the 12 properties we start with—again: 5 in the U.S.A., and 7 in Germany.
And then, literally, at the end of the webinar, or maybe during the webinar, at 12 p.m (U.S.A. Pacific Time). we will make it live, and you will be able to put your first TEC into escrow for real estate.

This is really cool!” when I was listening. So, the chat is open, folks. Definitely do share your thoughts and excitement.
Dan: That was all new for you, as well, right—brand new from Matt! And the info about the additional real estate in Germany was brand new, as well, so—yeah!
Cate: We’re all so busy in the TEAM, so there are a lot of times when we’re working on the things individually that we need to do, and don’t always get together and say, “Hey, I did all this stuff!” (laughs)—until we get to a situation like this. So, it’s totally cool. I love being surprised, also!
And, I do see a question in the chat, talking about the benefits/profits as far as that US$9,000 profit that was talked about.
Dan: Well, yes, yes, yes. Let me answer that question. And it still shows that people are thinking in fiat currency. Guys, we will make you think in YEM, in Twnkls, for sure! And, one day you will say, “Oh, U.S. dollar? What was that? Oh, I remember—earlier I used to pay my bills in U.S. dollars,” or Euros, or whatever.
Of course, I understand your question. “Ohhh, the profits—will they be less in dollars?” Well, it depends if the property is rented out for U.S. dollars, yes! You will receive your stake in U.S. dollars. So, if the house is rented out for Twnkls, or YEM, or Rainbow Currency, then the profit is in Rainbow Currency, hey, we just showed you that you are able to buy real estate with OUR Rainbow Currency through the TwnklEstate Coin (TEC), but you need Rainbow Currency to buy the TwnklEstate Coin.
Dan: And even for people who might be on the webinar today, and say, “Oh, wait, I have no TEC yet. I waited for this webinar,” so they go to CryptoCoinStreet right now and let’s check what’s happening on CryptoCoinStreet right now. (Dan goes to CryptoCoinStreet right then.)
So, here we are, marketplace, TEC. So, let me check. Oops, I thought the guy who put these 20,000+ TEC up for sale that he might have been on the webinar. Someone else was faster and bought it!
Cate: Oh, nice!
Dan: Yeah, you can see it here, 1 transaction like 1,400 TEC at 310 YEM. So, the last deal buying was at 303 (YEM per TEC). That was a great deal. So, now the cheapest is 324.998, and I’m pretty sure that will be gone very, very fast. So, yeah.
Cate: Exciting times!
Dan: Yeah, and someone’s offering to buy 1,381 TEC for 302 YEM. Yeah, so about 300. So, now, if I had zero TEC, I would go to CryptoCoinStreet, right now, I would need to pay US$3.25 per TEC, because I have to buy YEM. YEM is at 1 cent (US$0.01)—guys! I know all your questions: “Why is the YEM still at 1 cent?” “Why are members selling at such a low price?” The only thing I can tell you is, “I don’t get it.” You make the price! The owners make the price—you dictate the price! If nobody is selling at 1 cent, then the price would be higher; because one cent is the minimum price.
But, hey, it’s ok. They’re your YEM, you can do whatever you want. I know that we will see real-estate investors coming on board; bigger investors coming on board very, very soon. As soon as they see that our system works—that there’s property that is sold, they will say, “Ok, the next batch, I want to be in there!” So, they have no TEC, they have no YEM, so they will have to buy it—and they will be very, very happy to buy it at 1 cent (US$0.01).
However, it is like US$3.25, and that’s still 12,000 times US$3.25—that’s exactly 40,000, so I still would be able to get US$800 of value (because that’s the limit), 1,000 FOR is the limit for the first 12 properties. So, that’s still a great deal! For US$400 I can get a property value of US$800—still a great deal; but they will be too slow, there is no chance.
Now, what will happen if the YEM price goes up, instead of 1 cent? I don’t know who’s selling at 1 cent, and I don’t want to know—that’s totally fine. But, just so you know that I don’t know it. IF I would be one of the people right now trying to sell at 1 cent (sighs), MAYBE it would be a smart decision now that the properties are really rolling in at TwnklEstate, to buy some TEC for my YEM, and get some real estate for it. This would be so much better than selling at 1 cent; but, again, it’s totally up to you!
But what happens if the price goes up from 1 cent to 2 cents? Is that good for TwnklEstate? Is that bad for TwnklEstate? Of course, it is GOOD for TwnklEstate, because every Smart Contract at TwnklEstate will be tied to a certain value of YEM; and the faster the YEM goes up to that value, the faster the Smart Contracts will be on! And that’s what we all want, right?
So, this is a pretty funny situation, because I’m pretty sure that most YEM holders, are RC holders, as well. So, if you want to get more real estate faster—STOP SELLING YEM AT LOW PRICES! Yeah. And this is not my saying to you, “don’t do it.” It is just sharing my thoughts with you. So, that was just Dan talking with some other Unicorns—a little bit brainstorming: what would happen, if this would happen, if that would happen, yeah.
Guys, you’ve got it in your hands.
Cate: Absolutely. And, you know, the other side of that, too, is especially, if you’re trading some YEM for dollars so that you can just see that it works or whatever the case may be, you might consider, as Dan mentioned, to buy TEC because, as we can see, the price for one TEC is steadily rising. So, if your objective is to get the most value, you might see some benefits of being smart. You talked about being smart with your trading. In everything in life, you need to be smart.
If you don’t know enough about a subject, do some research. Do some research online. Talk to people. Be smart. Think before you act. You know, I’ve been saying from the beginning, when you’re dealing with all of this stuff, with cryptocurrency and blockchains and all that… now, we’ve simplified things with the TwnklChain, however you still need to think, and to know what you’re doing before you do it. It’s so important. Don’t rush. Take the time you need to know what you’re doing and to do it right the first time.
So, that’s my two Dans’ worth to put into it! (Cate and Dan have a big laugh.)
Dan: Nice, Cate. I love that one. So, definitely, so important to think about it. And guys, if you buy today a TEC at 300 (YEM), there are 2 possible directions (well, nothing could happen, and it just stands still, or there is another possibility). It could go down, or it could go up. Yes, it could go down to 100 YEM, for whatever reason, I don’t know—it’s trading, guys. But, it could go up to 500, (200 in the other direction). Just think a little bit about it, and make wise decisions; because even if you don’t want to buy property, and you buy at 300, and sell at 450. That’s easier. That’s 50%! Yep. So, do what you think is best for you.
Do we have any smart questions?
Cate: I did want to mention, one person had a question about what is the benefit for the property seller? And, do understand, as far as the properties go, the property sellers are selling the property to TwnklEstate; and it’s TwnklEstate that’s selling the property ownership rights for the TEC. So, the property seller doesn’t see the direct benefit of the TEC part of it—that’s TwnklEstate; that’s their thing.
But the property seller, of course—do understand that the real-estate market (of course, I’m more of a layman, but I’ve been watching the markets here where I live, locally, and I see properties), some properties move very quickly. Other properties sit on the market for YEARS sometimes. So, as a property seller, if you have a property that doesn’t normally move on the market anyway, hey, this is a way you could make even more money—AND you sell the property.
So, there are lots of different advantages, depending on what the goals are, what the property is, what the local area is. There are lots of different factors to it, and obviously, since we’ve gotten 12 properties within a week, or a little more than that, property sellers are really liking this idea!
Dan: Of course they do! Someone else is asking, “What is the benefit to the real-estate owner if they list the property in TEC instead of U.S. dollars?”
Well, one thing is, many, many real-estate owners are investors. So, they trade real estate, like others trade currencies or shares. The only important thing for them is—well, anyway, they don’t receive TEC. They receive maybe, if they agree on it, YEM. The only thing, if they agree on it, they ask “What can we buy with YEM?” Well, you can buy property. You can buy real estate, like them. And you can even tell us, what kind of property you would like. And we can make you an offer like, yeah—in 6 months it’s a little bit cheaper for you; a special Smart Contract. The whole story… and I can tell you from the feedback from Matt—they are very, very interested.
Guys, now they will see the first 12 small units. We have small units here. Then the big dogs will see, “Oh, it really works!” Then we will have some bigger properties, and they will see, “Wow! It works!” So, they are very, very interested. They are not asking, boom, boom, boom, “Where are my U.S. dollars?” They are asking, “What’s in it for me?” and there’s a lot in it for them, with our business model.
(Another question from member:) “How is TwnklEstate company having real cash?” Guys, you have to stop thinking that fiat currency is the real cash, and we have some “Monopoly money” here; some printed kids’ play money here. We have real money. You need to start to understand this. The faster you understand it, the more you will profit from it.
The longer you think U.S. dollars, or euros, or whatever; the longer you will throw money away. It is exactly like that. Questions like this—“how is the company having real cash to buy those properties?” I just explained. We don’t NEED that much cash to buy those properties, because we close smart deals with smart property owners. That’s what we’re doing.
I saw another question, “Once you purchase the property for, say, 20,000 TEC you will no longer own those TEC?” Well, when you buy an ice cream for one dollar, and you get the ice cream, do you still have your dollar?—No! You’ve just spent it; and it’s the same, of course, here. You spend your TEC. TEC is a real currency, as well. There’s just one shop in the world that you can spend it, and that is TwnklEstate. But, of course, you spent it. You receive real estate, and you spent your TEC for it.
Cate: Very good, yes. And definitely guys, as we’ve said, this is just the beginning, absolutely! I know people are asking about cars and all kinds of other stuff. Of course—step by step! Remember, this is Your Everyday Money. So, I know there are lots of members that are starting to talk to the people who they spend money with and say, “Hey, do you want to accept Rainbow Currency?” And, step by step, things will happen! So do the same for yourself.
Think about for yourself, what do you spend your money on? What do you need? And talk to those people. You never know! “I gotta get my truck fixed. I’m going to go find a mechanic that accepts Rainbow Currency!”
Dan: Here’s another important question from a member. “Will the Fractional Ownership Rights holders be paying a monthly fee for maintaining the property, or any other fees?” Of course, TwnklEstate will invest in property ONLY where these costs are covered from the money coming in. So, the answer is “no.” If for any particular reason, there might be a property that may be the case, then, of course, it will be clearly stated; but other than that, the answer is “no.”
And there is one member here from Netherlands, explains that they need to pay taxes in fiat currency for holding, just for holding cryptocurrency, therefore it’s important for him to receive something in fiat currency. Yes, of course, that’s absolutely right; and TwnklEstate, for sure, especially those units which are rented out for fiat currency, is a good way. Remember the example of Kingman, Arizona, US$9,000 per year? That’s about US$750 per month; and, of course, that’s for the FOR owners, and from that second that the Smart Contract is active, for that property it is that second when the YEM hits 10 cents (US$0.10).
And that’s why I tell you that it’s up to you YEM holders out there, at which price you sell YEM. Think about it.
Cate: Absolutely. You don’t have to stay with the crowd. Unicorns love to run free!

August 25, 2018 Updates for Everyone: Regarding the updates for TwnklChain, work continues...
As it was announced, the ability to transfer YEM/TEC to CCS has opened and trading is available for those currencies on CCS as well.
Couple things understand and to check before you do any transfers:
1. Is your account verified at CCS? If not, do that first, you will receive an email confirmation once verified.
2. Is your FREE PerNum listed in your CCS Profile? If not, do that before transferring.
3. Be sure you have confirmed your personal details in Pernum.com and chosen your tax country before doing any transfers to or from CCS.
4. Understand that by transferring from your PerNum Wallet to CCS, you will be confirming that balance, so be sure it is correct first.
Folks do understand when it comes to CCS, they are based in Europe and their Support Hours are Monday to Friday from 8am till 6pm CET, so that means US Pacific Time 11pm-9am .... So if you have a challenge, do have patience, contact CCS through their live Support chat for fastest results during their normal business hours and rest assured they will assist you.
Regarding the other functions connected to your PerNum Wallet and the TwnklChain, work still continues connecting everything back up and many functions are still paused including commissions coming off hold and transfers to and from TwnklBds, we thank you for your patience and understanding during these updates.

For CBM customers, remember you are only confirming your Personal Marketing Pool (PMP) balances in your PerNum Wallet, if you have purchased Marketing Units during the pre-sale or from old balance on hold, those are automatically used in the Special Marketing Pool (SMP) which is in the Marketing Instruments section. August 21, 2018: IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING RAINBOW CURRENCY
For several reasons it is crucial to change the trading symbol for Rainbow Currency on the TwnklChain. Today we have been informed by Etherscan that they refuse to change the token name and symbol from Twinkle/TWNKL to Moved/MOVED for the old, abandoned token without giving a reason.
Thus, there is a token with trading symbol TWNKL on the Ethereum blockchain and we have no power to change it. Pages like CMC request a unique trading symbol to be listed there and therefore we must change the trading symbol for our Rainbow Currency. So, we decided to change the trading symbol for Rainbow Currency on the TwnklChain from TWNKL to YEM.
YEM = Your Everyday Money
Just to be clear:
The name of our blockchain is still TwnklChain
The name of our currency is still Rainbow Currency
The names of our denominations are still Rainbow, Glitter, Twnkl, Dan
Why Twnkl and not Twinkle?
1) we have branded everything to Twnkl
2) a company from Asia just launched a token on the Ether blockchain, and they named it Twinkle
Of course, we will still fight with Etherscan to change the name and symbol of old Twinkle/TWNKL to avoid any confusion.
Trading is now live on CCS for TEC and YEM. You are able to transfer to and from your PerNum wallet and CCS. Be aware that if you do a transfer out of your PerNum Wallet, you are confirming your balance to be correct.
As noted in the recap above, Ishaq’s blog AllAboutSafeZone.com will be updated with these updates as soon as possible. If you need assistance with learning how to do things, please wait for those tutorials and info to be published before taking any action.
Also be aware the standard TwnklChain transfer fee of 0.1% will apply to all transfers (paid in YEM). If you are transferring out of your PerNum Wallet, the fee is deducted from your PerNum Wallet.
Always start small, make sure everything is good and you understand what you are doing before proceeding further and be sure your PerNum is set up properly in CCS before initiating any transfers for fastest results.

Member Invitation guidelines
Our Rainbow Currency is a very exciting opportunity for all members and for the future of commerce and financial transactions.
We know everyone is super excited and very eager and innovative in promoting our Rainbow Currency and this once-in-a-lifetime occurrence.
As always we want to be mindful of the reputation of the company and of course yourself when promoting. A few things to be mindful of:
A. Whenever translating any information, brand names must be in English. Rainbow Currency, Twinkle, Glitter, Rainbow, SafeZone, etc., must be in English.
B. Always give accurate information using company pages as a guideline for information. Don't mislead by making wild claims or by changing the meaning of anything. If you are not sure what something means, please clarify.
C. Be sure to comply with local and International anti-spam regulations regarding emails. If using mailings you should be sure that those you are sending emails to are opted-in to receive emails. If you are emailing friends/family be sure to respect their wishes if they ask you not to send them offers.
D. Never use our Mailaxy for any marketing mailings. It is intended to be used for personal use only. Accounts may be closed if we get blacklisted due to members using Mailaxy for marketing and marked as spam.
*Never post your links or promotions on the profile page of any other member. If you post on your own profile those who follow you will see it if they follow your posts.
*Never reply to someone else's post or comment with links or promotions.
*If you belong to groups that allow you to post marketing, and there are many, be sure to follow their rules and don't flood them with constant posts. Watch to see what others do as a group. If there are several hundreds or thousands of active people in that group and there is only one person posting the same thing every 5 minutes or every hour don't do the same thing just because that one person does it. Do what is customary for that group.
F. Don't constantly tag random people on your posts. That function is meant to tag a person who may be in a picture, or tag someone that needs to take attention to that post because it is relevant to them.
G. Don't add people to groups without their permission. This happens to me all the time and it is very annoying. You can send invitations and that gives the person the option to join, ignore, or simply delete your request.
H. Many members have posted marketing material that can be used and shared, graphics and videos that can be shared, and ideas on better marketing practices. Always be mindful to personalize things that you use and be sure to keep information accurate. If you see something that you like that has not been given to share or use, always contact the owner of that material and ask their permission before doing anything with it.
