2. PerNum Multi Wallet updates

3. Scammer warning - always trade safe!

4. Holiday updates

5. Other important updates

Cate greets everyone with a welcoming Waaazzzuuubb! She shares greetings from the Founders to everyone also.

Today we have a number of important updates to go through, so let’s get started.

First, we have received a number of questions about YEMBids, so we wanted to go through things more in depth for both Buyers and Sellers.

For Buyers, when you have won an auction, you’ll see the details from the “Your control panel” area, under “Auctions you won” (found at the bottom of the left menu), as you see in the example below.

A few important things to note…

  • It’s a good practice, as these are all independent private sellers on YEMBids, to contact the seller to confirm your shipping details after you have won an auction.
  • You can easily contact them via the YEMBids message system as you can see by the orange button, “Contact Seller” in the image above.
  • You can also more clearly see how to leave public review feedback with the blue “Leave Public Review” button.
  • You also have the option to ship the item to either your address or to a gift address. To add a gift address, click the button “Ship as a gift” and fill out the simple form (see below).

  • The gift form allows you to also include a note for the gift recipient; and it is easy for the Seller, as they just print the packing slip when they ship the item, because the gift note is already included in the packing slip.
  • Be sure to double check the info is correct, you cannot change it after you save the changes and confirm.

Now another important thing to remember as a Buyer is to complete your payment for your won auctions. For those who might be concerned about making the payment before receiving the item, at YEMBids all payments to sellers are held in escrow and blocked until you (as the buyer) mark the item received after it’s been shipped (so be sure you have received the item before you mark it received) or 30 days have passed from the close of the auction, whichever happens first. So you can make your payment with confidence as soon as you win.

You can easily make your payment from either your Wallet page in YEMBids or under “Auctions you won on the individual auction info.

Just click on the “Pay Now” button to get started, this will take you back to the auctions page under “Auctions you won”…

…Click the “Pay Now” button…

Then click the “Confirm Payment” button…

Then you will see your payment is confirmed. You’ll also see the notation on the “Auctions you won” page (see the “PAID” notation on the second auction in the image below).

So now that we cleared up a few things for Buyers, what about for Sellers? What are some tips for listing an auction?

First before you set up your auction, make sure you have completed your profile at YEMBids and that your account at SafeZonePass.com is completed at least to include the LIFT LIMITS (POI/POA is uploaded). Once you have done that, then the Sell an item function will be available for you.

You can click on “Sell an item” from any of 3 places, in the top menu, from the left menu on the “My control panel” page or the large blue “Sell an item” button on the same page.

When you do, the first thing you will need to choose is the category for your auction.

There are many different categories for your product or service, so use the drop-down menu and choose the one that fits your item the best.

Some categories will have secondary categories with more specific options, so if that is the case, also choose the subcategory that best fits your auction.

Once you have your categories selected, click “Confirm Category” to continue.

Here you’ll see the rest of the form to sell your item and set up the auction.

One important point is the “Item Condition” so let’s understand what the different conditions mean:

You’ll see 4 item conditions:

  • New = new in original packaging; as it was originally packaged by the original manufacturer/seller.
  • Used, Like New = it has been unwrapped (even though it might not have been used), it comes with all the original parts and pieces, undamaged, fully functional, and may still have the original box it came in.
  • Used = any used condition; it’s OK to sell used things in poor condition (or any condition) as long as it is honestly described so the buyer knows what they are buying. For example, a used car that does not work but can be used for parts to fix a different car is still valuable to the right buyer, as long as it is described accurately in the auction listing.
  • Digital Download = any digital item, like a software, an image, an eBook, or any other appropriate digital product. (Note: you will still need to deliver the digital product as the seller, whether that is through the private download function at SafeTransfer.xyz within the SafeZone, or via email or another method; it’s the seller’s choice how they deliver the digital product. Be sure to note how it will be delivered in the Shipping terms or description).

Once you have selected the Item Condition, then continue completing the form adding the Title, Item Subtitle, Product link (if applicable; only for Business Members), and the full description.

(For all used items, be specific and note they are “used” also in your title, item subtitle, and full item description to note the actual condition.)

When filling in the description, there are various format options you can choose from, to make your description look nice.

Also important to note, if you need more room to describe your shipping terms (more on that in a moment), you can add it in the full description where there is more space available.

Next you will set up the picture(s) for your auction.

  • Maximum of 5 images per auction.
  • First image should be square shaped for best image quality.
  • All images must be smaller than 2500 KB

Click the “Upload Pictures” button to open the upload popup.

You’ll see a button at the bottom “Add Files” so click that to select the files on your device.

After you have added the files, then click “Start Upload” to upload them to YEMBids.

This upload process might happen quick, so you may not even see this part of the process…

Once they are uploaded, they show at the top…

  • Select the “Default” on your main image (which must be square for best image quality).
  • Your other images can be whatever shape, it is just the default main image that needs to be square so it can display the best across YEMBids, especially if you choose other options for your auction, like featured (more on that later).
  • When done, close the popup (there is a close link at the bottom, or use the X on the popup, either way).

After your images are uploaded, it won’t show any different on the form, however you can click on the “Upload Photos” button and see your uploaded images anytime to check (this is handy when you are relisting an item and re-confirming the info is all good).

Next is entering the starting price in YEM. If you start at a very high level, you will potentially have less interested people in your auction. Remember how auctions work, people bid on items, the more interest in the item, the higher the bid might go. So it is always best to start with a low number, as low as you can possibly go, and then let people get interested in it. The higher the interest, the higher the bids will be. That is how it works. So keep this in mind. And of course, when putting the USD value, be honest about it, put the actual USD value of your item.

Continue filling the form, selecting the dates of your auction…

There are a few options for the dates:

  • The auction can go live right away.
  • You can pre-load auctions to go live on a specific date.
  • You can set custom dates.
  • You can even automatically relist an auction if it closes with zero bids.

(Even if your auction closes with or without a winner, if you do not select any of these automatic options, it is easy to relist that or a similar item, the different options will show under the corresponding area, Closed auctions, Sold auctions from your left My control panel menu.)

Make your selections and continue filling in the form…

Be sure to note your shipping info and terms.

  • Be aware the shipping charges are intended to be paid with YEM, so if you are charging for shipping, be sure to note a YEM value for that charge. (You as the Seller should be prepared to pay for the actual shipping with fiat currency.)
  • If you do not want to ship the items and receive YEM, then do not ship to places where you would incur that cost.
  • Be reasonable with your shipping fee value; it must correspond to your actual shipping costs.
  • You can also choose the “Pickup only” option, where local buyers can pick up the item and then you as the seller do not need to pay any shipping.
  • Whatever you decide, always be safe in whatever you do.

The box for entering the shipping countries and terms has a limited number of characters, so as we mentioned earlier, if you need more room to describe your shipping terms, you can add it in the full description where there is more space available.

After setting up your shipping info and terms, select PerNum Pay for the payment option and choose if you would like any Additional Options on your auction.

Additional Options include:

  • Featured = The auction shows on the Home and Landing pages with the main image and additionally shows at the top of the item category page.
  • Bold = the auction is bolded in search results and on the item category page.
  • Highlighted = the auction has an orange highlight in the search results and on the item category page.

Once you finish your selections and you are sure all is good, click “Submit Auction”.

After you submit the auction, you’ll have one final chance to make any changes before the auction goes live. You can make as many changes as you need at this time, just click the “make changes” links at either the top or bottom.

Pay attention to the images you have set up, it will clearly show here your main image, and for best image quality that main default image must be square shaped.

Be sure your pricing, shipping, and categories are set up properly. In this example above, if it were going live, the category would need to be changed as it doesn’t match the item.

So just pay attention in this last step and be sure all is good. Once your auction is live edits can only happen as long as there are zero bids. Once the first bid is placed, no further changes can be made.

If there is something wrong on your auction listing after it is live and bids are placed, it may be suspended and closed without a winner, by the team. We are actively checking all auctions in case of rule violations and to make sure all is good. If that happens, you’ll be notified in your YEMBids messages. So be aware of that.

If you have questions, check the FAQ from the “Help” area in the menu.

As the computer auction shown above was just an example, let’s check some real auctions for some more details.

For those Tommy Hilfiger fans, there are a number of different products listed on YEMBids.

You can see on this auction, it’s not always needed to have a highly detailed description, it depends on the product being auctioned. Not all auctions are the same.

You can also find unique items like jewelry and more!

This auction is a great example of how sellers might have a couple different languages in the description; in the auction above the description is in German at the top and English farther down. So be sure to check the full description for each auction.

Even unique and interesting items can be found on YEMBids, like this carved wooden barrel being sold from Romania within the European Union. So, be sure to look through all the auctions (not just the featured ones) to find the hidden gems of unique auctions on YEMBids.

Now for some other important things.

  • Here is an important warning for everyone, regarding buying or selling YEM (or any other TCoins):
  • Be smart and only buy and sell from/to people that you know.
  • There are scammers out there, so watch out for contact requests and offers where they are pressuring you to buy or sell in a hurry. Don’t do it and just walk away, because there is a high chance that they are trying to scam you.
  • We can’t protect you outside the SafeZone. It is your responsibility. All we can do is warn you on what we have seen, or what other people have experienced, so you can learn from it, and hopefully avoid those kinds of situations.
  • We put out this warning a while ago in Wazzub, about this type of man-in-the-middle attacks.

https://world.wazzub.com/viewtopic.php?id=4478

  • This is when somebody gets a PerNum from someone, or it might be just some random PerNum they find on the internet. Then they message someone pretending to be that other person, when actually they are a third-party in the middle, pretending to be someone else and trying to scam you. So you have to do some due diligence. This is why we say to only buy from people that you know. But even if you do know this PerNum and you think you are talking to the right person who owns it, try to contact that person through some other way of communication as well. Send them an email, or call them on the phone or send them a PerNum messenger message, or whatever. Find a way to make sure that you are communicating with the right person. So confirm with them separately, not only through the first way they have used to contact you.

Now, moving on to the PerNum Multi Wallet.

  • Right now we are adding the next new functions, concerning the fiat currency wallet (USDY and EURY).
  • As of the recap, you will be able to see your new PerNum Multi Wallet with the new design, the fiat options to fund your fiat wallet, will come very soon, so keep an eye out for further updates posted in WazzUb. All of that will be explained, including how to apply for the IBAN and the virtual debit card as the different functions become available.
  • As we already mentioned in the previous webinar, we are not sure as to how long it will take for all the multi-wallet processes to be integrated, but our teams are working hard on it. So it might be in January when the IBAN and the virtual debit card are available, but still January is only 2 weeks away, so not too bad! So everything will be done as quick as possible.

Some features and functions you will see in the PerNum Multi Wallet:

  • The wallet is divided into 4 sections with all corresponding coins, tokens, currencies, and assets in each section: YEM Wallet, Fiat Wallet, Token Wallet, and Asset Wallet
  • Searchable and printable histories, click on the amount to view the history, the search and print functions are on the top of the history page

Twnkl Silver Coin (TSC) and Twnkl Copper Coin (TCC) are now available for purchase!

  • Purchase functions found under the Asset Wallet section of your PerNum Multi Wallet
  • Same as done with Twnkl Gold Coin (TGC), digitized assets 100% backed by silver for TSC, and copper for TCC with a printable certificate available after order marked paid
  • Buy silver and copper at the market rate (no extra markups or fees)
  • Of course YEMChain fees always apply on any YEMChain transaction
  • Fiat payment through Bank wire
  • Can pay up to 10% with YEM
  • When 100% paid by fiat currency, receive 10% YEM cashback
  • Sorry no extra discount on TSC or TCC, 3% discount only applies for TGC and only for a limited time (see more below)

  • Keep an eye on your PerNum Multi Wallet and this WazzUb post below for more PerNum Multi Wallet updates as available:

https://world.wazzub.com/viewtopic.php?id=4563

More updates on the Twnkl Gold Coin:

  • All payments that were sent before Friday, December 11, 2020, have been received and should be marked “paid”.
  • Sometimes with these bank wire payments they are not sending the complete reference information. So there are a couple of payments where we do not have enough information to match the payment with the order it goes with. So, if you have ordered and you have sent your payment before Friday, December 11, please go and login to your TG account and see if it is marked “paid” and you have your certificate. If you have made your payment but it is not marked “paid” then:
    • First, make sure you have uploaded your proof of payment, which will help us to match up your payment, so we can mark it “paid” faster.
    • Second, if you already have uploaded your proof of payment (and you have made your payment before Friday, December 11) but it is still not marked as “paid”, please contact Support, as you are probably one of those cases where we do not have enough information to match the order with the payment.

  • The 3% discount will be going away in January. So this is the perfect time to gift gold for the holidays! Don’t give coal for Christmas, give gold with digital gold! So definitely, if you are interested and you want that extra discount, making your purchase and payment before the end of the year is the best way to do it!
  • For now, if you want to buy and access your Twnkl Gold Coins, go to www.twnkl.gold. Later, you will be doing all of that from within your PerNum Multi Wallet, as all digital assets (gold, silver and copper) will be integrated there.

The next topic is the Swiss Digital Funds (SDF). They will start operating on January 4, 2021, which is the first Monday in the new year. The value of the YEM that you have deposited in SDF, will be based on the YEM/USD value on January 3, 2021. That is really awesome, and it is even better than what we expected right?!

Another update on the bridge-coin. Further updates have been postponed until 2021, while we are still working on it. It is very important that this coin is solid, and by solid we mean for it to be exactly what we intended for it. We do not want something that will lose value and then become pointless for you guys to convert it. So it has to be something that will work, something that will be reliable. Although it is your responsibility and your risk what you do with it when you convert and leave the SafeZone, we still do our best to look out for everyone. You are our global family and we do our best to bring the best possible options for everything that we offer. So everything is looking good, only it is taking some time. Nothing will happen in what is left of December, but 2021 is just around the corner!

And the last information for today is that this is the last webinar for this year. Our team is on holiday from December 20, 2020 until January 3, 2021. So do be aware that the support team will be on holiday hours during this time.

Do not forget to check Wazzub and the hexagons on www.safe.zone for updates on new happenings and exciting holiday stuff!

Be sure to come to the SafeZone Radio show on Thursdays, as every Thursday is your chance to get more updates and win more free YEM that you can use on participating websites (please note the live radio show is airing replays during the holidays, however you can still win prizes if you participate during this time, so feel free to play the weekly prize draw even when it’s a replay).

Member Invitation guidelines

***Dear Members,

Our Rainbow Currency is a very exciting opportunity for all members and for the future of commerce and financial transactions.

We know everyone is super excited and very eager and innovative in promoting our Rainbow Currency and this once-in-a-lifetime occurrence.

As always we want to be mindful of the reputation of the company and of course yourself when promoting.  A few things to be mindful of:

A. Whenever translating any information, brand names must be in English. Rainbow Currency, Twnkl, Glitter, Rainbow, SafeZone, etc., must be in English.

B. Always give accurate information using company pages as a guideline for information. Don't mislead by making wild claims or by changing the meaning of anything. If you are not sure what something means, please clarify.

C. Be sure to comply with local and International anti-spam regulations regarding emails. If using mailings you should be sure that those you are sending emails to are opted-in to receive emails. If you are emailing friends/family be sure to respect their wishes if they ask you not to send them offers.

D. Never use our Mailaxy for any marketing mailings. It is intended to be used for personal use only. Accounts may be closed if we get blacklisted due to members using Mailaxy for marketing and marked as spam.

E. In Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter, etc., always follow their terms of use.

*Never post your links or promotions on the profile page of any other member. If you post on your own profile those who follow you will see it if they follow your posts.

*Never reply to someone else's post or comment with links or promotions.

*If you belong to groups that allow you to post marketing, and there are many, be sure to follow their rules and don't flood them with constant posts. Watch to see what others do as a group. If there are several hundreds or thousands of active people in that group and there is only one person posting the same thing every 5 minutes or every hour don't do the same thing just because that one person does it. Do what is customary for that group.

F. Don't constantly tag random people on your posts. That function is meant to tag a person who may be in a picture, or tag someone that needs to take attention to that post because it is relevant to them.

G.  Don't add people to groups without their permission. This happens to me all the time and it is very annoying. You can send invitations and that gives the person the option to join, ignore, or simply delete your request.

H. Many members have posted marketing material that can be used and shared, graphics and videos that can be shared, and ideas on better marketing practices. Always be mindful to personalize things that you use and be sure to keep information accurate. If you see something that you like that has not been given to share or use, always contact the owner of that material and ask their permission before doing anything with it.

I. If you create your own Pages, Groups, Blogs, etc., be sure you comply with the terms of use of the host. Be sure you comply with our Affiliate Guidelines for Social Media and Internet Activity. You can view them here:
