Topic:

1. YEM Foundation Board Structure Discussion

A message from

the YEM Foundation and Unicorn Network

Dear YEM Holders,

As you know YEM was created as a currency of and by the people. YEM Holders are YEM. If you hold YEM, you are a part of it. YEM is not just a currency, it’s a currency of the people, and you are the people. It is Your Everyday Money. YOU.

Therefore, we as the Unicorn Network do not start this webinar today, as the Unicorn Network, instead we start it as YEM Holders. Just like you are YEM Holders and together we have the right to think and discuss when it comes to YEM.

This is in sync with the current YEM Foundation Board of Directors. We explained our ideas to them upfront and they fully support it. Because it is our YEM and the YEM Foundation Board of Directors represent us, the YEM Holders, therefore we are sharing this info with all of you so we can all decide together.

It is our right as the YEM holders to think about it and discuss it. We share our feedback, our influence with the YEM Foundation about how we think it should be done, and they run the election.

As you know, all YEM Holders have the right to vote for both the Board of Directors and to share their feedback on various other related topics from time to time. Today we have one such topic, the topic of the Board of Directors and how should it be structured for continued growth, stability, and representation going forward.

As we know 2021 is an election year for the YEM Foundation Board of Directors. Every YEM holder with YEM in their PerNum Wallet (including PoS) will have the ability to vote in the upcoming election.

Before we get to that though, the YEM Foundation and Unicorn Network Admin have been discussing updating things so that the YEM Foundation can best meet the demand they have to further represent YEM worldwide. So we have come up with some ideas and we want to share them with everyone so that we all can discuss and decide together if this is the direction we will take.

We will go through the ideas together, there will be a discussion topic posted at WazzUb and a statement posted at PRO or NO! with informal poll, then an official poll will be posted at Pernum, so please hold your questions until the end, write them down and post them in WazzUb or PRO or NO! when the discussion topic and statement are opened. Together with the recap you’ll be able to go back through what we share here right away.

So let’s check it out together.

The current board structure is 7 members, one from each continent. That’s it.

Some of you might think, well we have a great board, why don’t we just re-elect the same people?

The current YEM Foundation Board of Directors have done a great job, and we are so thankful for what they have done, and they have even served on the Board for longer than originally planned, however no one expected YEM to grow as fast as it has, and then with the continued growth expected for the next coming years and the work involved, 6 of the 7 board members have decided not to go for re-election.

Definitely it is good to have elections every 3 years, because within the last 3 years, many people joined and bought YEM and they might be the perfect people for the YEM Foundation, we don’t know, so we need to give them a chance.

So with all of this in mind, our idea is as follows:

as shown in the image:

YEM FOUNDATION 2021

BOARD OF INTERNATIONAL DIRECTORS (BID)

7 Board Members which have been elected
directly by the YEM Holders.

1 YEM - 1 Vote

The BID is representing the YEM Foundation internationally
and is the Regulatory Authority of the YEM.

BOARD OF NATIONAL DIRECTORS (BND)

1 Board Member per country, which have been elected
directly by the YEM Holders of their country.

1 YEM - 1 Vote

The BND is representing the YEM Foundation nationally.
It is supporting the BID and is reporting to the BID.

And this has another big benefit, it means for the board of International Directors, we can elect the 7 people who are best qualified for the job and not just by continent, because we can elect the best person for each country and not just for the entire continent.

For the BND elections might happen in stages depending on interest. So we could have elections even after the main election time. The YEM Holders applying for the BND would need to be living in the country they are applying for, and they would need to have that country selected for their tax country for their PerNum Wallet.

ADVISORY BOARD (AB)

Advisory Board Members are suggested by any YEM Holder, approved by the National Director, and appointed by the BID.

AB Members can be advisors for legal, tax, economy, social, financial
or any other topic related to the success of the YEM.

AB Members are not representing the YEM Foundation.

Advisory Board members can be added at any time. No election is required for this position.

So that would be the structure.

Now what about the timing of everything?

Member Invitation guidelines

***Dear Members,

Our Rainbow Currency is a very exciting opportunity for all members and for the future of commerce and financial transactions.

We know everyone is super excited and very eager and innovative in promoting our Rainbow Currency and this once-in-a-lifetime occurrence.

As always we want to be mindful of the reputation of the company and of course yourself when promoting.  A few things to be mindful of:

A. Whenever translating any information, brand names must be in English. Rainbow Currency, Twnkl, Glitter, Rainbow, SafeZone, etc., must be in English.

B. Always give accurate information using company pages as a guideline for information. Don't mislead by making wild claims or by changing the meaning of anything. If you are not sure what something means, please clarify.

C. Be sure to comply with local and International anti-spam regulations regarding emails. If using mailings you should be sure that those you are sending emails to are opted-in to receive emails. If you are emailing friends/family be sure to respect their wishes if they ask you not to send them offers.

D. Never use our Mailaxy for any marketing mailings. It is intended to be used for personal use only. Accounts may be closed if we get blacklisted due to members using Mailaxy for marketing and marked as spam.

E. In Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter, etc., always follow their terms of use.

*Never post your links or promotions on the profile page of any other member. If you post on your own profile those who follow you will see it if they follow your posts.

*Never reply to someone else's post or comment with links or promotions.

*If you belong to groups that allow you to post marketing, and there are many, be sure to follow their rules and don't flood them with constant posts. Watch to see what others do as a group. If there are several hundreds or thousands of active people in that group and there is only one person posting the same thing every 5 minutes or every hour don't do the same thing just because that one person does it. Do what is customary for that group.

F. Don't constantly tag random people on your posts. That function is meant to tag a person who may be in a picture, or tag someone that needs to take attention to that post because it is relevant to them.

G.  Don't add people to groups without their permission. This happens to me all the time and it is very annoying. You can send invitations and that gives the person the option to join, ignore, or simply delete your request.

H. Many members have posted marketing material that can be used and shared, graphics and videos that can be shared, and ideas on better marketing practices. Always be mindful to personalize things that you use and be sure to keep information accurate. If you see something that you like that has not been given to share or use, always contact the owner of that material and ask their permission before doing anything with it.

I. If you create your own Pages, Groups, Blogs, etc., be sure you comply with the terms of use of the host. Be sure you comply with our Affiliate Guidelines for Social Media and Internet Activity. You can view them here:
