MyRewards.Center is a brand-new project we are putting together.

 

This project is opening for beta soft launch soon and is our newest way you can be rewarded as a member of the SafeZone network! To start, this will only be available for our members in the USA, however later it will open up for all our members worldwide.

Let’s check out the rewards more in depth.

 

First, there are a couple things to understand about the rewards. We all know the global pandemic has affected all of us (and is still happening in many places), and businesses around the world have been hit very hard as well, from the lockdowns, to shipping delays, product shortages, and more; it has been a challenging time for all of us. However, there is just one way we can recover from all of this, and that is to reignite businesses by being customers, and that is where MyRewards.Center comes in to help with a win-win-win solution.

So, when you redeem your rewards there are some costs you should be aware of for each type of reward. The first thing to understand is that all rewards are fulfilled through third-party companies, who organize and set up all these rewards for everyone. In fact, it is a company specializing in rewards, who services big companies like Amazon, BestBuy and many others around the world with these types of rewards, and now they are doing it for the SafeZone as well.

 

Also, it is very important for you to follow the rules and the terms, as they are very easy and also, don’t try to beat the system. Of course, there are things in place to prevent you to beat the system, but at the same time, if you cause trouble, you will be causing it not only for yourself but for everyone.

 

So generally, there is a redemption fee to activate a reward, and then depending on the type of the reward, there are maybe taxes and other fees to redeem the reward. What is most important to understand is that no matter the costs involved, you receive great savings and products.

 

So, let’s check things out in more detail.

 

As you see on the image above, one reward is an Airfare & Hotel stay for two. You can see that the retail value of this trip is US$1,949 and there is a redemption fee of US$50. You can also see there are taxes and fees of US$199 per person as well. So essentially that is the base cost you need to pay in order to redeem this reward: US$50 to activate the reward and then US$199 per person when you book your travel. So, for a trip that has a retail value of US$1,949 that is an awesome savings; you pay in total US$448 and save over US$1,500!!

 

You also can see you need 300 FYEM to redeem that offer. Understand, you are not making a purchase with FYEM here, you are simply converting FYEM into rewards. We use FYEM as a way to measure your activity in our network and the rewards are to thank you for that activity. Also understand that because there is no purchase within our network, there are no commissions on members claiming rewards.

 

So, let’s check the terms of the reward more; what do you see when you click to redeem?

There are some important things to keep in mind: BE SURE TO READ THE FULL TERMS BEFORE YOU REDEEM!!

 

There are some nuances in the terms depending on the reward, so it is important that you fully understand what you receive and what your obligations are when you activate and redeem the offer.

 

You can see here that you have 30 days to activate your offer and then depending on the offer you may have more time to actually redeem the rewards, or they are forfeit and there are no refunds or substitutions. So, it is important, DO NOT TO CLICK to redeem the offer unless you are absolutely sure that this is what you want and that you have the money to redeem it as needed.

 

Some rewards are redeemed on websites and others require you to book through a fulfillment travel agency. Most travel must be completed within 24 months after you activate the reward. So it can be a two-step process where you activate the reward first and then you use your reward within a certain time after the activation. Of course with travel rewards, you can activate and book your travel at the same time as well, if you want to travel right away.

 

Generally, when it comes to travel, you can always add to your trip (travelers, perks, etc.), however it will always cost more as well, and obviously if you simply want to pay the base price, you will have the basic availability, features, and perks. However, bear in mind, while you may be able to add travelers for some travel packages, group travel and travel packages booked with more than one certificate code holder is prohibited on the same trip. So if for example you want to travel together with somebody from your family, both of you could not have certificates codes to use as a combined savings, only one of you would use the certificate code for that trip.

 

Some travel packages may also be restricted on certain dates, while others are not, so read all the terms carefully before activation or redemption of any codes. Plan your trips accordingly for the best experience.

 

So, it is best to understand ahead of time the benefits of each reward so you can plan accordingly.

 

For example, Airfare & Hotel stay for two people (the reward on the image above), is best for a couple's "weekend getaway" (Sunday-Tuesday), or any other short getaway for two. Travel is from and within USA only for this particular reward.

 

Now let’s check out a few more rewards.

 

 

You can see here, this reward is for 1-4 nights in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

 

On this trip, 1-4 nights Las Vegas Hotel & Casino stay, is for two adults (21 years of age or older) and up to two children (under the age of 18), for up to four nights of hotel accommodations in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

 

So there are travel options for couples and families too!

 

Let’s check out more rewards.

 

 

Here on the upper right of the image, you can see a 3-Night hotel stay; there are actually several of these types of rewards, ranging from 2-Night hotel stays to 4-Night hotel stays.

 

So, 2-Night, 3-Night or 4-Night hotel stays are for two adults (21 years of age or older) and up to two children (under the age of 18), and are hotel accommodations in the city of travelers’ choice of available destination cities. Travelers must submit three different arrival dates at least 30 days apart and three different destinations in order to participate.

 

So this is a bit of an adventure trip; you pick 3 destinations and the fulfillment travel agency will do their best to have one of your options available or they will offer you something else that is available in the timeframes you have suggested.

 

On the lower left of the image, you see a reward for a 4-Night Cruise.

 

This cruise is for two adults (21 years of age or older) for a 4-night Cruise aboard one of these popular cruise lines: Carnival Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Lines, or Princess Cruises. There are 3 itineraries with ports of departure including: Miami to Cozumel, Port Canaveral to Nassau, or LA to Ensenada, Mexico. All cruises include unlimited access to the on-board buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Vegas style entertainment and use of all on-board facilities. Weekday departures only.

 

 

And there are more rewards too!

 

 

You can even stay at an all-inclusive resort!

 

This is a 2-night all-inclusive Mexico-Caribean resort stay for two adults (21 years of age or older) with two nights of All Inclusive Resort Accommodations in the destination of your choice of available destinations in Mexico or the Dominican Republic.

 

And, for those of you who would like to stay longer than 2 days, no problem! When you go to book your trip, you would mention to the fulfilment travel agency that you would like to stay for more time, like 7 days for example, and they will let you know what is available and what are the additional costs for those extra days.

 

 

For those who don’t want to travel, how about great savings at restaurants?

 

 

You can choose from a US$100, US$200, US$300, US$400, and even US$500 Restaurant Certificate. These certificates work in a specific way, so it is important you understand this before you redeem. 

 

The Restaurant Certificate entitles you to US$25 restaurant credits which will be disbursed monthly up to the maximum denomination of the certificate. So if you would get US$100 Certificate, you would get 4 monthly restaurant credits of US$25 each. If you get the US$200 Certificate, you get 8 monthly credits, and so on.

 

You will also receive access to The Latest and Greatest Fast Food & Restaurant Coupons that you can use to receive discounts on meals in your local area, or wherever you are. You must redeem this certificate before it expires in order to activate your offer. Once activated you will receive your very first US$25 restaurant credit immediately. Then every 30 days your account will replenish with a new US$25 restaurant credit that you can use at a restaurant of your choice of participating restaurants. 

 

You must redeem your US$25 credit every month in order for your account to be replenished each month. If you do not redeem your monthly credit, then you will forfeit that month's US$25 credit permanently. You may continue to receive credits for future months if you have outstanding qualifying months available. Just continue to log into your account the next month to receive your US$25 Restaurant credit for that month. For example: you have a US$100 Certificate and you have redeemed the first month’s US$25 credit, but have not done so in the second month. Then the second month’s credit is lost permanently, but you can continue to redeem the third and fourth’s month credit.

 

Please note that each individual restaurant may apply certain conditions for using your US$25 Restaurant credits. Conditions may include but are not limited to: 18% gratuity added to bill before the discount, US$50 minimum food purchase requirement, alcoholic beverages might not be included in the total, takeout only, dine in only, etc.

 

So, before using any of the available Fast Food and Restaurant Coupons and your monthly US$25 Restaurant credits, please be sure to read the specific terms and conditions of each restaurant to make sure you agree to their offering. Recipients must have an email address, internet access and the ability to print out or download the Coupons and the Restaurant Specific Certificates.  

 

And for those who love to eat out, yes, you can get all the restaurant certificates at once, however each restaurant may limit you to redeem one US$25 code per month, per restaurant. It will depend on the restaurant, so be sure to check ahead and plan accordingly.

 

 

Maybe you don’t want to go out to eat or travel, is there anything else? Yes!

 

 

Great products like a Bluetooth portable speaker. This is a premium sound Bluetooth speaker, and you will receive one Brand New Premium Bluetooth Portable Speaker. This product will come in the color white only.

 

So, some of these products will come only in a specific 1 or 2 colors, so you will be able to get only what is available at that time.

 

And as you can see in the image, the retail value of this Bluetooth speaker is US$129, but all you need to pay is some shipping, handling and tax (S & H + TAX) of US$24.95. So again, that’s a great savings!

 

 

If that is not your thing, there are more products too, like a UV Sterilizer that works on more than just your cell phone!

 

 

So you will get one Brand New UV Smartphone Sterilizer and you just pay taxes, shipping and processing fees. The sanitizer comes in either white or black colors, and will be based upon availability, so you will receive one of these two colors. No specific color can be guaranteed.

This is just a small sample of the rewards available at MyRewards.Center. The final touches are being put on the website now and it will be opening very soon. The website show details about the rewards we discussed today, however you cannot log in and claim any rewards until it is opened, which will be announced in WazzUb when that happens. So keep an eye out for that announcement in WazzUb as soon as it is available.

 

Another thing about these rewards: they are limited and you can claim only one reward of each kind every 24 months. So you could claim one of each of the Restaurant Certificates (US$100/200/300/400/500) every 24 months.

 

And all the rewards need to be activated within 30 days. With the travel rewards, after those 30 days to activate it, you have up to 24 months to use them (unless the terms specify differently).

 

So only push to redeem a reward after you make sure you have read and agreed with all the specific terms about that reward.

 

And as mentioned before, this project will be live soon in a beta soft-launch for the USA members only for now, and then it will continue in other countries as well.

 

One last reminder, remember it is very important for you to follow the rules and the terms, as they are very easy and also, don’t try to beat the system. Of course, there are things in place to prevent you to beat the system, but at the same time, if you cause trouble, you will be causing it not only for yourself but for everyone. So just enjoy the rewards as they are intended.

A BIG Thank you to our member Karsten, who actually was the catalyst for this idea. While we love WazzUb and we love chatting there, it can sometimes get a little bit hard to keep track of different conversations. With DISQUCITY you can use hashtags and the different conversations are grouped by language. So we are creating yet another great place for us to communicate together and where we can keep up with the latest information in a more easy-to-use format.

 

And similarly, like we have it at WazzUb, you will be able to collect Free YEM for participating at DISQUCITY. And you can link together more platforms if you want, like discussing a topic on DISQUCITY and link it to some post already posted in WazzUb on the matter, and even create a poll at PRO or NO to see how people think about it.

 

For anyone who wants to participate in the beta-testing, we will have the information posted in WazzUb soon. The first group will be for English language, so if you can write well in English, feel free to send an email to disqucitybeta1[at]safezone[dot]info. It is important to include your PerNum and your skype ID because this is where we will have the conversations.

 

The second step will be for multilingual beta-testing, and it will all be announced in WazzUb, so keep an eye out for that.

 

 

 

Next we have some General updates.

 

Progress is being made on many different things in our network simultaneously, however due to the current global situation, it is still taking time. Now, let’s go through some specifics we’ve received questions about recently.

 

We understand the global situation continues to be difficult, to say the least, for all of us; for those of us working with Unicorn Network and all related companies and partnerships, we continue to push forward for the success of all of us, despite all the challenging circumstances we individually and collectively face right now through no fault of our own. We simply do the best we can with the resources available and continue to make process, step-by-step.

 

Now one thing to point out so that we are all on the same page: understand there are still restrictions around the world that we have no control over, and even if things are relatively calm in your local area, and we hope that is the case for you, it is not the case for many people around the world including many of ourselves, businesses, and partners.

 

With that being said, let’s address some specific points:

 

First of all, as it was explained in webinars when the whole global pandemic started, many things would face delays due to the global situation, which is out of our control. That global situation is still ongoing, so that is still a factor everyone is dealing with worldwide.

 

For projects like TwnklEstate, TwnklShop, and TwnklCars, things are moving forward still, however it is still very slow due to the global situation, and when we have further updates, we will keep everyone posted.

 

 

For IVC (International Vacation Club), travel is still very difficult around the world and while some progress is being made step by step, it is still very slow. We will keep everyone posted as soon as we have more updates.

 

Some of the travel rewards mentioned earlier in this webinar as part of the MyRewards.Center, are part of how we are helping in our own way to boost the travel economy, even in a small way.

 

 

For Solario, again, there are many challenges ongoing worldwide, and step by step progress is being made here, however, again, we will keep everyone posted when we have further updates.

 

 

For The Biggest Talent, the next season will start later this year, and we will announce when we have more updates on that.

 

 

For Happy Health, as you should already know we opened the first Happy Health Center in Germany earlier this year. They are still in business, and dealing with the local restrictions like everyone else. You can check for more info on their website https://happyhealth.center/.

 

Further progress on other Happy Health related projects continues, again, slowly but surely, and we will keep everyone posted when we have further updates.

 

 

For YEM Deals, the latest update is the last update that was posted on September 3, 2020; and unfortunately at this time, due to the “force majeure” (or act of God) event declared in China during 2020, which still continues today (they just had massive flooding again, even wiping out a subway system where over 6,000 people died, to say the least), and the continuing global pandemic situation, we have to assume the worst that the YEM Deals team and business was a victim of this crisis, there is no more that can be done. For those who received their products, we are happy for that and for everyone who was affected, we, as Unicorn Network already did the best we could do from our side with the full refund of the YEM paid for the items, which was done, as stated, back in 2020. We continue to keep everyone affected by the global pandemic, no matter what way you are affected, in our thoughts and prayers.

For Cashback Marketing, as noted in the Dec 20, 2019 update, the CBM business model is changing and will be available for accredited business members only. All existing accounts at the time (2019) have now been closed and refunded, and CBM is working on the next steps to offer great advertising and marketing solutions to business members all over the world. For IGOFA, both parties agreed on not working together for internal reasons and both parties wish each other all the best success in their future endeavors. Yes, Cate has been overseeing and assisting in this transition. All auction winners from the May 2021 online auction continue to be supported by the IGOFA Support Team in the meantime so that everything is delivered. As there are further updates, they will be announced.

 

 

Regarding Danatec, they are no longer our partners anymore. We have our own company in Bahrain now. Further updates will be announced at a later time regarding more info, especially about YEMExchange. Rest assured the Unicorn Network team is overseeing Support of YEMExchange during this time, so everything can continue as smoothly as possible.

 

Swiss Digital Funds continues their work and as a third party, they will share updates as and when they are available from their side. There is still another approximately 6 months to go before results are planned to be announced. If there are updates available in the meantime, the Swiss Digital Funds team will update everyone.

 

 

Regarding the TCU Merger, there was a public release that said that TCU and SafeZone Europe would not be merging together, and as nothing can be discussed before it is publicly announced, please wait for further updates as available. Things are still happening and please wait for more updates.

 

One last point regarding mergers and other complicated business agreements in general. Delays happen, sometimes it is for strategic purposes, and other times it is just the market; it is the way it is, and you go ahead with the next try where you can.

 

 

Here is a recent example of another couple of companies that have been working on a merger deal since 2016. They just announced the third failed attempt; however, they continue to move forward. So these things do take time and as mentioned, they sometimes have various twists and turns along the way.

Germany’s top property group Vonovia confirmed on Monday that its 19-billion-euro takeover bid of rival Deutsche Wohnen had collapsed because of limited interest from shareholders.

 

The group released a statement confirming an announcement on Friday that owners of just 47.62 percent of Deutsche Wohnen shares had agreed to the proposed deal, below the 50-percent threshold needed.

 

Deutsche Wohnen shares rose by 1.37 percent to 51.82 euros ($61.08) on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, while Vonovia shares fell by 3.23 percent to 55.76 euros.

 

A merger between Vonovia and Deutsche Wohnen would have given birth to Europe’s largest real estate group with more than 500,000 properties.

 

Vonovia had previously made Deutsche Wohnen an offer in 2016, but it was rejected by shareholders who also felt the price was too low.

 

This time, Vonovia offered 52 euros in cash per Deutsche Wohnen share, plus a 1.03 euro dividend per share for the 2020 financial year.

 

In Germany, where a majority of residents are renters, Deutsche Wohnen and Vonovia play a premier role in the housing sector.

 

The companies promised in May that should the deal go ahead, they would limit rent increases until 2026 and build new apartments in Berlin, which has suffered for years from runaway rents and a lack of affordable housing.

 

 

So as you can see, even giant companies have delays and take a long time to do things. So it is nothing out of the ordinary; these things happen and we just keep moving forward with the best that we have available.

F. Don't constantly tag random people on your posts. That function is meant to tag a person who may be in a picture, or tag someone that needs to take attention to that post because it is relevant to them.

 

G.  Don't add people to groups without their permission. This happens to people all the time and it is very annoying. You can send invitations and that gives the person the option to join, ignore, or simply delete your request.

 

H. Many members have posted marketing material that can be used and shared, graphics and videos that can be shared, and ideas on better marketing practices. Always be mindful to personalize things that you use and be sure to keep information accurate. If you see something that you like that has not been given to share or use, always contact the owner of that material and ask their permission before doing anything with it.
